Violation of "self-discipline Convention urea export" corporate penalties

         In order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the domestic urea industry, and establish the image of urea in the international market, to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese urea, according to WTO trade rules, "Anti-Unfair Competition Law," "anti-monopoly law," "self-discipline Convention urea export" related regulations, all members of the unit urea export coordination mechanisms are formulated.

For the first violation of "self-discipline Convention urea exports," the urea production enterprises, to announce to the community, in serious cases reported to the national authorities, suggested that the state canceled its fertilizer enjoy preferential policies and national fertilizer light storage qualification.

For a second violation, "self-discipline Convention urea export" trade enterprises, the society announced to ban nitrogen fertilizer production enterprises and their export transactions.
